As a trained business economist, I have many years of experience in personnel development and training and have worked in a management position for almost a decade. During this time, I was able to accompany many people and also learn from them. 

Until the question arose in me and became louder, "Who else am I?". This has put me on a new path, our family has grown and the emotional support of my youngest son has come into focus. As one of the core messages, I took the topic of attachment with me. 

Through a secure framework, a deep connection to myself and to my counterpart, development, unfolding and a lively, respectful cooperation arise.
